Polar Plunge for Parkinsons

Join us in plunging for Parkinson’s. Participants will take the Polar Bear Plunge in Table Rock Lake at the swimming area located at the Corp of Engineers campground in Cape Fair on Sat., Jan. 7, 2023 at 2 p.m.

A chili dinner will follow from 4 -6 p.m. at the Eagles Cape Fair Lodge located at 8089 W. State Highway 76 , Cape Fair
